What are the check-in and check-out times?
Rooms are available from 12:00 on the day of arrival; however, if they are ready earlier we will be happy to give you the keys. If you wish to travel at a convenient time and arrive in the morning even if your room is not ready, you can check in, leave your luggage in our left luggage room, park your car and perhaps take a walk on the beach or through the centre of Cattolica.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10am.
Would you like to relax right up to the last day? We have thought of a tailor-made service for you. Here’s how it works: we keep your luggage safe until you return to the hotel. Before your departure, you can use the changing room with shower and toilet located in the relaxation area by the swimming pool, for a supplement of 3 € per person.
Is late check-out possible?
You may have the flight or train back late in the evening. That’s why we want to help you as much as possible.
Please contact us before your arrival at the hotel or inform us during your stay. We are available to arrange your late check-out. A supplement will be charged depending on the time when the room is vacated.
How can I reach you by car? Where can I park it?
Getting to Hotel Panorama from the motorway exit “Cattolica – San Giovanni in M. – Gabicce Mare” is very easy and fast. We suggest you to have a look at the indications on the “Where we are” page.
You can leave your car outside the hotel for the time it takes to unload your luggage. We will advise you where to park depending on your type of holiday; either at the car park 200 metres away, or in one of the private spaces in the indoor car park just 50 metres away.
I read that you have a buffet service… can you tell me what the meal times are? Are they flexible? Will we have our own table which is the same at every meal?
To ensure you the highest level of fully organised service, you can enjoy:
- breakfast from 7.30 to 10.00 am
- lunch from 12.30 to 1.30 pm
- dinner from 7.30 to 8.30 pm
Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be assigned a table which you will generally use throughout your stay.
Which row will my beach umbrella be in? Can I book one next to the sea?
Here at the Panorama we offer various types of holiday specifically personalised to create your ideal holiday you have always dreamed of. If you have opted for an all-inclusive package which also covers your beach space, your umbrella will be from the fourth row back.
On the first day of your holiday, we will give you a voucher to present directly to our partner beach establishment.
If you want a beach umbrella in the first three rows, the beach attendant will ask you for an extra charge to be paid on site; to check availability, call the beach club management on +39 0541 967506 or write to bagnini@altamareabeachvillage.it.
How far is the hotel from the sea?
We are only 50 metres from our partner beach club Altamarea Beach. To reach it, it takes only 2 minutes on foot, a stone’s throw from the sea!
Are you in the centre?
We are located in Via Carducci. It is 50 metres from the start of via Dante, the pedestrian area and summer shopping centre with a wealth of boutiques, shops, bars and restaurant, which offers a pleasant 10 minute stroll to piazza I° Maggio and viale Bovio, the heart of the town. Do rooms have a balcony?
All rooms at the Panorama have a private balcony. Some rooms face the sea and others have a panoramic side view of the sea.
However, there are also quieter rooms overlooking our internal courtyard.
I have a small pet, is it allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
I am allergic to gluten (lactose, tomato…), I am a vegetarian or vegan, can you cater for my needs?
At breakfast, lunch and dinner our varied and abundant buffet awaits you. Here you can always find gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Are you a smokers’ hotel?
Hotel Panorama is a No Smoking Hotel. However, if you fell the need to relax with a cigarette, there are always the outdoor tables of the bar area!
I’m travelling with a child, will I find everything I need to look after him/her, do you run children’s activities?
For a carefree holiday together …. you will find all your home comforts in our hotel! Cradles, cots, baby baths, bottle-warmers, changing-table in the foyer toilet and flexible mealtimes in our restaurants with comfortable high-chairs, paper colouring table mats, small glasses, small cutlery and specific children’s menus, with skilled staff to prepare them as and when you request.
We have strollers and bikes with child-seats for enjoyable outings.
Do you have a mini-club?
Of course! Here at the Panorama you will find the Panoclub, a colourful indoor play area dedicated to children’s fun. Our Babysitter will encourage young guests to express their creativity, play and make new friends.
