Classic and filled brioches, plum cakes, angel cake, tarts, muffins, cereals, biscuits, yoghurt and crepes with nutella, honey, jam or even savory if you prefer (there are an infinite number of fillings). The buffet always surprises you, even in the savory corner, where you can find many varieties of cold cuts, cheeses and of course the fresh homemade bread made by our chef.
All this can be accompanied by milk, fruit juices and express coffee, like at the bar.
The special touch? The fruit and vegetable extract of the day, refreshing and vitaminic.

Our chef selects the best foods with particular attention to typical local products. The buffet is served, to give you the chance to taste whatever whets your appetite.
The menu offers various courses, inspired by the Romagna and Italian tradition, with vegetable appetizers, 3 first courses and 3 second courses to choose between meat and fish and homemade Italian spit-roasted pork, all accompanied by the traditional flat bread piadina (nectar of the gods) and freshly baked bread.
Each course is a delight that first catches the eye thanks to the show cooking.
