In the rooms
Perfect cleaning has always been our standard, we sanitise hard surfaces with chlorine and alcohol-based cleaning agents for safe protection against bacteria and viruses.
We have been using the colour code of sponges for a long time, it means that we use a specific sponge for the bathroom, another one for the surfaces of the room, a different rag for the floor, another one for the glass. When we have finished cleaning the room, we put the set of sponges in the special net for washing and we take a clean one for the next room.
We wash the sheets and towels at 90 degrees to ensure that the bacterial load is reduced.
We wash or sanitize curtains and bedspreads at every room change.
We place particular emphasis on the most manipulated points such as door handles, windows, showers, cabinets, toilet flush, safe button panel, remote controls, telephones and switches.
We have deleted the room directory because is difficult to sanitize it completely. To have access to the operating instructions for the air conditioning, TV, safe and other important information you can contact the reception directly on 0541 963397.

In common areas
We have positioned hand disinfection dispensers in the bathrooms, at the entrance, at the reception, on each floor next to the lift and at the entrance of the restaurant.
We disinfect the lift control panel, switches and handles several times a day.
We sanitise the bar counter at every passageway, at every coffee, at every aperitif we serve. The cups at the bar are naturally safe because they are washed in the dishwasher at high temperature.
You will see our cleaning staff more often than usual because we have stepped up the steps in the most used areas.

Restaurant and takeaway service
We have spaced the seats in the restaurant, as required by the new regulations.
At lunch and dinner you will find a rich buffet directly served by our staff. The kitchen chef is always available to surprise you and fulfill your every wish with fantastic show cooking, so you can watch while he prepares your favourite dish!
To add an extra bit of adventure to your holiday, this year we give you the possibility to have lunch under your umbrella thanks to the convenient takeaway service.
Finally, if you prefer to dine al fresco, you can choose one of the tables on the veranda for a unique and exclusive experience and to enjoy your meal in a calm environment.
Flexible booking
It is important to us that you feel calm and relaxed right from the very beginning!
In case of necessity, here at the Hotel Panorama you can change the date or move your booking up to 7 days before your arrival and keep the deposit for your next stay valid.
Beach with special terms
Altamarea Beach Village is our trusted beach. Here the beach umbrellas and sunbeds are well spaced out to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
Among the many activities you will find entertainment for adults, with pilates, yoga, water aerobics, tournaments and a kids’ club for the little ones.
In addition you have access to the swimming pool, whirlpool, gym and massage centre. On request you can also use the sports fields.
The services on the beach are accessible by reservation, to protect the safety of all guests.
